4.1 Data communication function.
The data is recorded by DDR-600 drivers date recorders, which can be read through following 3 way.
1). The way of connecting to USB disk ( Not exceed 20s to read the byte of 1M)
Under the situation of speed is 0 and without power, insert the USB disk, show the interface appears : " read the data " + percentage. If the disk fails to be discerned because of a certain reason or the data are kept and failed, show the interface appears : " fail to operate", and the buzzer returns to and shows the state normally loud 1s later.
The data memory capacity of the driver’s date recorders is bytes of 1M, according to the capacity of the USB disk ,which decide the numbers of the vehicle’s datum can be gathered . For example: The USB disk of 16M, can gather the driver’s date recorders data of 15 vehicles
The USB disk data are stored with the form of the file , the file is called the vehicle license plate number
2). Interface of the USB disk (Not exceed 20s to read the byte of 1M)
Under the situation of speed is 0 and without power, connect USB disk cable line with the PC, use the PC management software, can set up the information of driver’s date recorders and reading the datum.
3). Serial interface of standard RS232C(Upload or download the data in alternative)
Under the situation of speed is 0 and without power, connect Serial interface of RS232C cable line with the PC, use special-purpose software (national standard require 232 communication software) and our company management software can set up the information of driver’s date recorders and reading the datum.
2.Set up the basic information function
Utilize relevant software, can set up many kinds of basic information to the driver’s date recorders through the interface of the USB or RS232C, basic information includes: Number of license plate of car , Number of the product series, Vehicle VIN number, Classification of the number plate ,Vehicle type, Driver's code, Real-time time, The sound reports to the police and chooses ,Upper limit of overspeed time , the choice of alarm for Overspeed?vehicle characteristic coefficient , level speed value , state polarity ,etc.

4.2 Function of the record during the whole journey
The data of the series of DDR-600 driver’s date recorders are stored in the large capacity memory.
according to customer's enquiry , record the state of many kinds of switches, for example: Call out the stops, left light , brake , loudspeaker , right light ,headlight,atmospheric pressure,lighter, switch door , etc.
The driver’s data recorders store the content of the record
• 97 pieces of the doubtful point data (a doubtful point datum is: Value of travel speed and vehicle state signal of 20s before parking)
Average speed of every minute during 360 hours (national standard is required), management software of company can analyse the data;
• Basic data: The basic data include the speed and 8 kinds of states; Record the average speed in the time interval; Record the corresponding state in the time interval. (According to demand ,state number can be expanded, but that will influence memory capacity of data)
